We want you to love your hair results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Keratin Complex purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and at least half-full to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our professional support team at support@keratincomplex.com with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original box if possible, include the RMA slip inside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Process and Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
